Polk ARES Membership Information
The Amateur Radio Relay League minimum requirements for ARES membership are simple;
members must hold an amateur license and have an interest in community service.
The following qualifications are currently required for
membership:
* be 18 years of age
* reside in Polk County (Snowbirds included)
* update membership information annually
All ARES members will be issued Polk County ARES ID Cards.
We work with the Polk County Emergency Management to produce these ID cards,
and they should be available at the next meeting after your photo
is taken.
